So you got involved in making films and now you would like your film to be seen. There are many ways to get your film in front of the eyes of the public, but it’s definitely no easy task. Film festivals have been around for decades and according to History Channel, the first Cannes International Film Festival was held in 1939. But where you can go if you are a new filmmaker? So, Insidermonkey experts made a list for you of 10 easiest film festivals to get into for new filmmakers.
We have picked three film festivals from their list. Commfest is the first one we mention now, it costs $80 and is in Toronto, Canada, in September. Commfest combines the disciplines of music, film, art, theater containing publish exhibits and human experience. The next one is Sarasota Film Festival, Florida, USA, in April. The entry fee is $35.
